Look, I love World of Warcraft, and I've been playing it for years.

Whatever your feelings are about Diablo Immortal, it has to be admitted that the mobile MMO has some pretty significant innovations in terms of its design to make the gameplay accessible and easy to drop in and out of.

I really like a lot about Diablo Immortal.

Please note that I am not asking what the best platform is in terms of playing video games -- these are to some degree a matter of taste and thus utterly subjective and it's a lot easier and less contentious to ask people what they like, rather than what they believe to be best.

At long last, Diablo Immortal is here and never has there been so much demon-slaying power packed into such small devices.

Diablo Immortal's free-to-play model includes microtransactions through an in-game cash shop for those who wish to get a leg up in their progress — and for Blizzard to make some money, of course.

There are many activities to enjoy in Diablo Immortal, but you don't want to spend half your game time figuring out how to get to that dungeon or zone landmark or bounty location.

We're happy to see that the ability to transfer legendary powers to new items has made it into Diablo Immortal courtesy of a Westmarch merchant named Zamina.
