Fans of the world and story of Overwatch have been keeping a keen eye on the previously announced April 2017 release date of Overwatch: First Strike.

Blizzard's first person shooter, Overwatch, is going free to play today through Sunday on the PC as well as the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

After just one week on the Overwatch PTR, Patch 1.5 hit the live servers today.

When the Omnic Crisis hit the world, Overwatch was there to respond and eventually defeat the Omnic threat.

Overwatch's newest (and, uh only) offensive hacker Sombra hit the test realm earlier this week and players are already digging in to see how she plays.

If Sombra (or maybe just her new skins) has you interested in Overwatch for the first time, next weekend you can give the game a test run.

Jonny Cruz, better known to Overwatch fans as the voice actor of Lucio, attended BlizzCon and a tour of Blizzard's campus with other members of the Overwatch cast.

The big reveal everyone was waiting for at BlizzCon, Sombra (check out a gallery of all her skins), has hit the Overwatch PTR today.

This afternoon the Overwatch PTR updated with the long-awaited Sombra patch.
