The Queue: A very merry unhalloween to you (to you)
/hums
A very merry unbirthday to me.
To who?
To me.
Oh you!
A very merry unbirthday to you.
Right. Where were we? Oh, yes, the Queue.
The Queue: The day is here, the circle is complete…
Happy Halloween, everyone! I love this holiday — it is, for me, what Christmas is to many. I can’t quite explain it… it’s definitely at least partially because I was raised in a family that loves Halloween, but it’s also just something that I’m sure I’d have been drawn to anyhow. It’s not always the idealized version we get in movies and TV, but it’s still special.
I don’t know if y’all are familiar with the Department 56 stuff, but it’s somewhat of a tradition that we get my mom a new piece or two for her birthday every year (since it’s close to Halloween). If I could, I’d love to live in a place that was like the Halloween village all year round.
In any case, Happy Halloween, everyone! I’m please to be your spooOooOOOo00oky host today! Oh, and about that title…
The Queue: Getting ready, an unlikely Warcraft movie sequel, leaks, beer, music
We’re getting ready for the main event this week — are you?
Halloween, of course.
The Queue: Bare bones
I moved last week. It was awful. Just awful. Didn’t sleep for three days, the people upstairs initiated a chain of events that led to my stuff getting smashed and the cops called out by us, just a horrible experience all told. Frankly we’re both a bit nervous about continuing to live here.
So instead of trying to be funny or clever this week, we’re just going to get to the questions. I’m going with a happy picture of my dog for the header because I could use the mood lift.
The Queue: I bring you glad tidings of giveaway winners
Welcome back to The Queue, our daily Q&A feature for all of Blizzard’s games! Have a question for the Blizzard Watch staff? Leave it in the comments!
This is my favorite mana ray because it looks a bit like a flattened orca that has inexplicably learned how to take flight. But this not-a-flying-orca is here with an announcement — we’ve picked our winners for the BlizzCon 2017 Virtual Ticket giveaway! Congratulations to Silisil, Eade Safel, James Stanek, and Beardman on the Virtual Ticket and all associated virtual goodies. If you haven’t already, make sure you check the email you use for Disqus in order to claim your code.
Now let’s get to your questions, shall we?
The Queue: A tough act to follow
Okay, sure, it was a pretty good Queue yesterday, and here I am, staring at my keyboard wondering what I have to say. Just like LFR, I can smash my hands against the keyboard and expect everything to work, right? Let’s go with that.
The Queue: The Evil Destiny Within Stardew Odyssey 2
Man, with Mario Odyssey, Destiny 2, The Evil Within 2, and my continued Stardew Valley obsession, I have no idea how to split my time between games this week. And, obviously, the standard rotation of Blizzard games fits in there too.
Time to quit and become a full-time streamer, I guess. It wouldn’t take that long to become self-sufficient, right?
…Right?
The Queue: Raids, Artifact Power, Expansions, and Discovery
Welcome to Monday’s Queue!
I didn’t know Matt was moving last week — I was doing the same actually. Liz was also gone. I’m surprised that a new expansion didn’t drop randomly.
The Queue: It’s time to panic
My wife and I are moving this weekend — just got the keys to the new place today and we’re slowly migrating stuff over now. The movers will be here tomorrow so we still have quite a bit of stuff to do tonight and yes I’m panicking of course I’m panicking we’re moving tomorrow and we’re not ready we’re not even close to ready.
Deep breaths. You can do this. You’ve done it before.
Anyway here’s the Queue.
The Queue: But does he know how to alphabetize

Uh excuse me, miss? Miss? You know, it’s been years since I’ve done any work in a library so I’m no expert, but I’m pretty sure the staff wouldn’t be too keen on just summoning animals indoors willy-nilly. I mean, I know the city’s all magical and otherworldly, but someone is going to have to clean up after that thing, and I don’t think Khadgar’s interested.
