I’m pretty sure the ethereals appreciate the new Wardrobe system — it doesn’t matter what faction or server I happen to be on, the transmog stores are packed. I suppose if we’re going to deal with the end of days Burning Legion style, we might as well be really, really pretty while we’re doing it. Right?

I had a whole cool intro written to this Queue, but then WordPress ate it and I have to write the whole thing over again except I’m completely furious with the thing and so, that’s not happening. Instead, enjoy the picture of my Death Knight using a 2h sword my original Tauren Warrior used back in BC. I love the Wardrobe. Let’s talk about Blizzard games.

Mitch and I finished this post about right now, because I went to bed late and he went to bed at a sensible hour which means we didn’t have time to meet up to tag team your questions before now. So I’m afraid there’s no clever intro today — let’s jump straight to your super awesome questions.

Hi. This is expected to post to the site on Tuesday, July 19th. As y’all likely know, that’s the day that patch 7.0 for World of Warcraft will drop, as I predicted. It will likely be a tumultuous day, full of hijinks and complications and unforeseen consequences.

But we’re all going to stay calm and get through this together. We’ll handle the unexpected server delays, the equally unexpected bugs that never showed up on the Beta or PTR, and the manic rush of people trying to experience the systems changes and new transmog system with equanimity. Everything is going to be okay.

Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to run around flailing my arms wildly and shrieking. What? That’s how I handle things calmly. It’s patch day, let’s talk about Blizzard games.

Here I thought explosive sheep were very much an engineering thing, but it looks like some enterprising goblin or another managed to figure out how to genetically engineer a new breed of sheep. A better, stronger breed of sheep. A breed of sheep with ten times the explosive capacity, and a million more times the mess.

Ick.

My Hunter got a fabulous new pair of goggles in this week’s leveling stream. While she’s busy flaunting her new specs, I had Lasik done earlier this week and have ditched the specs entirely. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was six years old, so needless to say, it’s a little weird. 20/20 in both eyes now though, which means I have absolutely no problem reading and answering your questions!

Ran BWL, Molten Core and Ulduar. Got a few decent mail pieces, but the prizes I sought most still elude me. Maybe I’ll hit Dragon Soul next. Heck, if you guys have any suggestions for good Hunter transmogs, let me know.
