The huge talent revamp that came with Dragonflight's first pre-patch is only the latest model of many, many talent iterations over World of Warcraft's 18 year history.

Technically, it's not even a month, but that's where we are -- on November 28, we'll be heading to the Dragon Isles to see what's in store for us.

Well, it's almost over and I don't know about y'all but I got absolutely nothing from Hallow's End this year.

One of the things we're going to notice once Dragonflight is here in full force is that things are a little different in Azeroth, due to a longer than usual break between the events of the last expansion and those of the next.

Dragonflight is nearly upon us, and World of Warcraft's patch 10.0, which hit the live servers this week, brought many new features and changes — chief among them, the new talent system.

Yesterday was the release of the first World of Warcraft Dragonflight pre-patch, so there was an extended downtime, which has once again returned, like a monster of prophecy, and has been defeated once more.

Solo Shuffle was added in Shadowlands patch 9.2, the Eternity's End patch, as a brawl for players who wanted to get Arena-style PVP without having access to a dedicated partner or group to play with.

Shadowlands Season 4 has ended with patch 10.0, and with it the last chance to pick up some desirable PVP and Mythic+ achievements and rewards -- though not the Carcinized Zerethsteed, which is still available for a few more weeks.

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and we are all playing the Dragonflight pre-patch, which went live on October 25.
