I think one of the things I’m loving the most about Battle for Azeroth right now are the little random vignettes that pop up here and there. One minute I am totally in the middle of a quest to go do something super important, the next I’m distracted by Miss Hungry Gnome and the steak that’s roughly the size of her head. She doesn’t offer anything important or anything. She’s busy. And hungry. This expansion is great so far!

Blizzard just released its official Gamescom 2018 app  and it looks like everyone's favorite watery overlord will be making her debut next week.

Update: The Diablo Twitter account has confirmed this, so it's really real now!

Hearthstone Production Director Yong Woo has left Blizzard to join Second Dinner, the new studio helmed by former Hearthstone Game Director Ben Brode.

You might have been afraid that the good old Flight Master's Whistle will go away in Battle for Azeroth, but don't fret, it's here to stay.

Mione has been famous, or infamous depending on who you ask, in the WoW community for a long while now.

The L.E. Craft name is quite familiar for those of us who keep an eye on NPC names in WoW . Torturer, Samantha and Jonathan have shown up in previous expansions. In Battle for Azeroth, you can find author Laurence E. Craft (Initials L. E. Craft) in Boralus and get a signed first edition of his latest work. He's yet another surprise in what's turning out to be an expansion full of these little bits of color. A guild member pointed out the Wowhead announcement so I had to go see what he offered. If you don't know Boralus very well, he can be a bit of a pain to find. The carrot shows his location.

Hello! Apologies for any confusion my absence yesterday might have caused. As you probably guessed (or were told by Liz), I was in the middle of some serious HARDCORE GAMING. But I’m back now and can report that level 120 is full of… well, max-level content. I didn’t do most of the cross-continent content on beta, so it’s all new territory for me (as opposed to the leveling zones, which I did at least once each, if not twice).

Anyhow, it’s Queue time.
