One of the brand new features mentioned in today’s reveal was Class Halls.

Even as we continue to absorb the World of Warcraft expansion news released earlier today, we will be livestreaming our leveling shenanigans today at 2 p.m.

Tom Chilton announced an entirely new PVP system for World of Warcraft: Legion, which is entirely different than the current system of accumulating honor points (or conquest points) to buy gear with.

Illidan Stormrage is one of the most well-known figures in Warcraft lore, although the majority of his story took place long before World of Warcraft -- he was first featured back in Warcraft 3.

Conventions like Gamescom make for long days and lots of writing on very little sleep — this post is no different. Plus, by the time you see these words, we’ll know what the next WoW expansion is, so you’ll probably want to catch up on that — and then come back here with your questions and discussions for the Queue.

So let’s get on with today’s somewhat-sillier-than-usual questions, which may all be obsolete by the time the announcement’s over.

It's official: the next World of Warcraft expansion will be Legion, featuring the return of classic heroes and villains, like the Burning Legion,  Illidan, Alleria, Turalyon, and, yes, Hemet Nesingwary.

Blizzard Entertainment will be unveiling the latest World of Warcraft expansion at Gamescom today at 11 a.m.
