We've been having a lot of fun in the Dragonflight beta -- when we manage to tear ourselves away from the Dracthyr character creator.

I really tried to get the Queue written before 3am, but as usual, it didn’t work out. This is probably why every time I write the Queue I just feel tired. It’s a pavlovian response.

Also it’s past 3am (for me), so I’d better get to answering these questions.

This week we discuss the announcement of select Activision-Blizzard games being added to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass, the zombie pre-patch event in Wrath Classic, and if beta players have an unfair advantage when an expansion launches.

In terms of both video games and tabletop games, I tend to prefer role-playing games.

We're officially in the pre-expansion lull, and as always many players will take advantage of the time to solo old expansions or farm rare mounts.

Do I really need to say it? Splatoon 3 comes out at midnight tonight and I’m very, very excited. Not necessarily because I think it’s going to be GOTY or the next big thing but rather because it’s just good ol’ fun. Also I love Splatfests and they consistently make for a fun Queue topic, so I’m really looking forward to those coming back as well.

But enough about Splatoon 3. Let’s talk about The Queue.

It's looking more and more likely that we'll get Dragonflight before the year is over, and that means we'll likely see the pre-patch in a month or two.
