Blizzard Watch Plays D&D

It's always a bit sad when a DM and their players come to the end of a Dungeons and Dragons campaign.

Last time we saw our intrepid adventurers, they were crashing a magical ship into the Infinite Battlefields of Acheron, meeting up with a goddess of War, and learning that their long time enemy was attempting to breach the Eye of the Maker, a fantastic magical location where all sorts of bad stuff could well happen.

Seriously?

So this past Satruday, the Blizzard Watch folks played Dungeons and Dragons again, something we all enjoy doing from time to time.

Look, we all know that the Mass Effect Legendary Edition is coming out on May 14.

Yay D&D!

On Saturday, December 19, those brave souls who venture to the Blizzard Watch Twitch channel at 2:30 PM Central will witness the culmination of 16 episodes of our D&D play stream, as the party of ragtag adventurers who have gone from being trapped in a volcano lair to escaping to another dimension to returning home to find out their lives were stolen by imposters now head back to that volcano lair to destroy two horrible artifacts of a dread alien god in the unquenchable flames of another god's summer vacation home.

Last weekend, we went back to our long running D&D campaign and almost immediately found ourselves role playing a bunch, as our Dwarf Cleric Mediel and her undead Warlock cousin Malachi talked it out about how stodgy and confining Dwarven culture is, and our Tiefling Rogue Mischief found out she has three moms -- sort of -- and our Gnome Wizard Wilyur Rustspark has come to a resolution on his evil doppleganger, and our Elf Fighter Zellan really hates pirates.
