4 games from Gamescom we put straight on our Steam wishlists
There are a lot of games showcased every year at Gamescom, and the 2022 show was no exception.
Could a Wrath Classic gear ilevel squish in Trial of the Crusader and Icecrown Citadel keep Ulduar relevant longer?
If you raided during Wrath of the Lich King, you almost certainly remember Ulduar, which to this day is considered one of the best raids WoW ever had, so you may be surprised that the Wrath of the Lich King Classic team is considering making changes to Ulduar as well as the raids that followed it. WoW Classic game producer Aggrend got on the forums to explain exactly what they're debating doing to Ulduar, Trial of the Crusader, and Icecrown Citadel in Wrath Classic.
Who would you like to see return to World of Warcraft?
There are various characters who have been important to Warcraft as a whole, and World of Warcraft in particular, that we haven't seen for a while.
What rewards will be included in the Diablo 4 Season Pass?
Like many modern games, Diablo 4 will have a Season Pass system that includes a rewards track with both free and premium tiers for you to progress through and earn in-game rewards while you play.
Dune: Awakening promises an MMO experience on the hostile desert planet Arrakis

How important are mods to your World of Warcraft experience?
I used to heavily modify my WoW when I was raiding.

How do in-game currencies affect your game experience?
I feel like it's fair to say that by the end of Shadowlands (if you’ve been playing this whole time), you are running around with a fair amount of currency.
There’s a three year gap between the end of Shadowlands and the beginning of Dragonflight; what does that mean for Azeroth?
World of Warcraft players are all experts on keeping track of complicated timelines.
How do you feel about cosmic storylines in World of Warcraft?
I'm generally pretty down for storylines in my games that swing the focus as wide and cinematic as it can get. Legion, for example, was a story I really enjoyed -- the invasion of Azeroth by a vast, world-spanning host of demons which led to a showdown on a planet seething with fel corruption between a Pantheon of beings on the scale of gods and their fallen former champion, who sought to potentially destroy our whole world.
