Yesterday Mitch asked what your BlizzCon predictions were.

In just over 24 hours, BlizzCon 2018 will kick off in earnest -- and that all starts with the opening ceremony, which is where all the big announcements are made.

Because there are so many pathways to obtaining decent gear, I haven't been as diligent in running dungeons as I have been in previous expansions.

We're officially in the same week as BlizzCon, and while that fact in itself seems boggling, I still find it less boggling than the roller coaster of hype Blizzard has put Diablo fans through over the past few weeks.

The list of things that won't be in WoW Classic boggles me sometimes.

I'm looking at my iPhone right now, as I listen to a playlist that has songs on it from various World of Warcraft soundtracks — for example, this one's a perennial favorite — a bunch of Diablo 3 songs, and even songs from other games.

Maybe it's just because World of Warcraft is a 14-year-old game and Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm are much newer, but it feels like WoW could definitely learn a few things from its younger siblings when it comes to in-game holiday events.

I adore achievements.
