Transmog Farming

Earlier today, Blizzard put out a news post stating that the Awakened rotation of raids for Season 4 of Dragonflight would continue for the remainder of patch 10.2.7, rather than convert to an all-Awakened roster this week as earlier predicted.

It's no secret that I enjoy old content for the sweet transmog loot cradled within, like a Kinder Egg full of potential outfits I haven't acquired yet, so when I see changes to Legion raids like Antorus and the Nighthold -- changes aimed at making these raids easier to solo -- I'm very happy.

One of my favorite things in playing World of Warcraft is what I call transmog farming, even though it isn't always for transmog items -- sometimes I'll go tear my way through Black Temple or Hellfire Citadel just because it's fun for me to blow up old content.

As a raider, I've always felt the pressure to do certain things in WoW.

Battle for Azeroth brought us many transmog and legacy loot changes, one of which was the ability to get full loot from all the LFR raids from previous expansions.

The cat's out of the bag: Battle for Azeroth will be releasing on August 14, a little over four months from now.

In a new blog, the World of Warcraft team discussed some changes to the transmogrification system coming in patch 7.2.
