Heroes of the Storm free hero rotation and sales for September 8

Every week Heroes of the Storm has some heroes you’d usually have to pay for that you can play for free in the free hero rotation, plus a number of heroes and skins on sale in the weekly sale. It’s a great way to try out new heroes without committing to buy, as well as grabbing new heroes, skins, and mounts at bargain prices. As is becoming habit, we’ll start off the day with a rotation-inspired haiku from Mitch:

Undead banshee queen,

Sylvanas shoots some arrows,

And can push lanes well.

This week, Anna chimed in with some advice on how to handle this week’s rotation:

It looks like a few previous weeks have had only the single Specialist at level 12/15 too, so I guess that’s cool for the team (though it may still suck for very new players who happen to pull that daily). It seems like this rotation is heroes that are easy to pick up for newbies, too. The two things to really watch out for are the positioning for Brightwing, Sylvanas, and Zeratul … the former because it affects how she heals, the latter because they’re super squishy so you need to not overextend.
