Today is that magical day of the year, you know the one -- the one where all the presents under the Winter Veil tree show up!

I keep a lot of fairly common traditions this time of year.

This week the winter-only Snowy Owl has returned to World of Warcraft.

By all accounts — from the unfinished state of the alpha client to the "before September 2016" release date — World of Warcraft's Legion expansion is still a ways off.

One thing I've learned from running Legion's new five player dungeons is, tuning mistakes (and bugs) aside, I really like both new five player dungeons.

Lately I've been thinking about going Horde so I can play a Tauren.

This one's easy.

I've done quite a bit during  my decade-long tenure in World of Warcraft.

I was having a grand time yesterday doing my usual set of garrison errands and jumped into an impromptu conga line courtesy of the recently discovered and ridiculously entertaining Mesmerizing Fruit Hat, when I came to the sudden realization that my rollicking good time was being had with...a bunch of NPCs.

The really fascinating thing (to me, at least) about an alpha or beta test is getting to see iterative changes.
