The Queue

My group finally downed Mythic Hungering Destroyer! Don’t ask me how Blackhand got there though. Someone must’ve been messing with some wacky time streams. Who knew that he was the hero that we needed all along?

We wound up using four tanks to kill Destroyer and it ended up trivializing the extra debuff mechanic pretty much, it just took a long time for people to stop running the big deadly laser beams on top of each other.

While we get ready to save the soul of the Sun-King, I take you now to — The Queue.

So bright that we will all have to wear our Rhinestone Sunglasses next week when we can finally transmog them.

Note: Rhinestone Sunglasses not pictured here because I don’t have any. But you, dear readers, should wear you sunglasses proudly, even when you’re inside.

Let’s Queue.

I’m running Tomb of Sargeras again after my Castle Nathria raid, while listening to the theme from Cyberpunk 2077 because I really dig it. The music in that game is amazing. Honestly, as long as you get it on a machine that can run it, I’d rate it as a very good CRPG and one I’m enjoying quite a lot. But the music is utterly amazing.

It’s the Queue. Odyn’s a jerk.

You ever go back to old content and are kinda struck by some of the things we either left unfinished, or just washed our hands of without thinking about the potential ramifications of the people and creatures which were thriving — or at least surviving — up until our intervention, after which they are all but certainly doomed without further help from us? I feel like this could be a metaphor for something. Maybe an allegory, even.

This is The Queue, where you ask us questions and we swear we’ll stick around long enough to answer this time. Probably.

What do you get a Baroness who has it all? Turns out, it’s the freshly severed heads of mighty foes. Who knew?

I just unlocked my Ember Court’s fourth upgrade and I get to invite the fanciest of people to my parties now. I’m very happy to report that my wild and dangerous decadent party full of wacky misadventures really did the trick — the Baroness left extremely happy. Now I just have to see if I can pull it off again next week with Mikanikos.

While I obsess over table settings, I take you now to — The Queue.

Finally got the legendary memory off of Stone Generals, and a cape, so that was good. Unfortunately I upgraded the legendary I had and so I don’t have the soul ash to make a new legendary, but I can run Torghast and get that out of the way at least. Yay for Signet of Tormented Kings. Boo for missing so many raid nights that this was the first time I killed those two.

Anyway, just Denathrius next, and that’s exciting, hopefully we kill him this week.

After a very busy BlizzConline weekend, Rutherford and I are so glad to be back at The Queue! Don’t mind him, he’s just mad I compared him to a space dog.
