Is Nozdormu in the Shadowlands? I mean, technically he’s still alive, but we killed him at some point in the future, but that hasn’t happened yet, except that it has, except for the timelines that it hasn’t, including the one in which we’re currently residing. So maybe not. Maybe so? My head hurts.

I think I’m beginning to understand why so many people were after Chromie. It wasn’t because she’d done anything, they were just trying to rid themselves of the bronze-colored migraines they’d been plagued with. Right, on to your questions!

In the 90’s X-Men storyline Age of Apocalypse, the son of Charles Xavier, David Charles Haller (a psionic mutant with multiple personalities who went by the name of Legion) traveled back in time to before his father and Eric Lehnsherr, the mutant known as Magneto, had their falling out. Legion intended to kill Magneto before he could become the super villain who fought his father so many times, but instead he accidentally killed his father, altering the timeline and removing himself from existence in the process.

In the altered timeline that resulted, the mad geneticist Nathaniel Essex took the DNA of Jean Grey and Scott Summers and used it to create a perfect mutant, one with psionic powers so great he could kill En Sabah Nur, the mutant madman who ruled that alternate Earth as Apocalypse. When the timeline was reset, Nate escaped that timeline and ended up in the 616 Marvel timeline, where he made friends with Peter Parker and Franklin Richards and even got into a fight with Cable, who was also a mutant bred by Nathaniel Essex (also known as Mister Sinister) by tricking Scott Summers into marrying and having a son with Madelyn Pryor, the clone of Jean Grey.

This is relevant to today’s Queue, I promise.

I’m writing this at 6:00 a.m. from a hospital waiting room after having slept a little under 4 hours. Everything is fine (my brother’s going in for his second round of surgery) and by the time this is live, I’ll hopefully be deep in nap. But right now, in the moment this is being written, I am very tired.

This is The Queue, where you ask the questions and we answer as best as we can. After the extremely long weeks between Halloween and Christmas, that ‘best as we can’ bit does quite a bit of heavy lifting.

If only there were a few extra hours in every day for sleeping. Like, a dozen would do it. Let’s Queue this thing so I can take a quick nap.

Realistically, I know we’ve got some time to wait before 8.3. But guys, I’m dying to go to Ny’alotha. I’ve been wanting to go there for a very, very long time now. And it’s right over there, just on the horizon, which makes the waiting even worse. Can we go already? Please? No? Okay, we’ll settle for answering your questions.

So, yeah, how about that sports team?

Anyhow, I’m sick again and it’s cold in Michigan and everything is awful. LET’S QUEUE!

Goblins or Vulpera? Gnomes or Mechagnomes? These and other questions I don’t have answers to right here in Wednesday’s edition of the Queue.

I’m torn. I know I’m going to level a Vulpera. I mean, if you know me even a little, you know that’s happening. However, now that Shadowlands was announced, I really want to go back through and do all that content dating back to Cataclysm, when Sylvanas may-or-may-not have first made her deal with The Jailer. The catch is, Vulpera will likely start at a higher level, and I’d really like to go through all the Silverpine quests. Also, I have to wait for them to be released, and waiting is hard.

While I wrestle with this conundrum, we have some Queuein’ to get to…in.
