The Queue

So I’m currently watching a Twitch stream, waiting for the dryer to finish so I can make the bed, doing back to school shopping online, and playing a round of Hearthstone Battlegrounds while my son tells me all about his favorite train in his favorite game on Roblox, so yeah, I’m definitely not going to type the wrong thing here.

This is The Queue, where you ask us questions and we Burlington Northern.

What day is it? What time is it? The week is only beginning and I’m already at a loss.

So we may as well go ahead and Queue.

No, really, ask some questions. Obviously right now I’m asking for questions for Cory on Monday, but if you could remember to ask questions for me next week I would be very happy.

Today’s music is “Save Me” by Damageplan, a band that should have had several more albums. With the death in 2018 of Vincent Paul Abbot and the murder of his brother Darryl Abbot in 2004, that will never happen. But I still loved that song, and I listen to it often to this day.

It’s the Queue, let us do what we do, me and all of you.

How nice of Nintendo to schedule a Splatfest that not only starts on my birthday but also extends into the full weekend! I will, of course, be backing Shiver… even if this is an admittedly odd selection of options.

Ice cream flavors aside, it’s Queue time! So let’s Queue.

Oh to be a small fox stealing a sausage off of a plate in a tavern. That truly is the dream.

I’m not sure whether Matt or I were the most cynical team members reacting to this week’s Overwatch anime, but you should probably ask him next week to see for yourself. For better or worse, to know what I’m talking about you’ll have to read to the end, because I will attempt to answer a few less fraught questions first.

I think we all know how crazy I am for Cyberpunk 2077, but one thing I really haven’t talked about enough is how Cherami Leigh’s turn as V really has a lot to do with that.

I just got to remembering Static-X today, and so I’m listening to their music. Like, for example, the song that Wayne Static made for the Batman Beyond movie. You know, the one where Wayne shows up with his hair styled to look like Batman?
