Hearthstone is getting a new constructed mode called "Twist," which replaces Classic.

I am ludicrously excited for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, and not just because Idris Elba is playing a character in it. It’s a complete revamp of the entire game — highly expanded vehicle combat, more varied interactions with the Police (in other words, you can get them mad at you) and a revamped cyberwear system that allows for Cyberpsychosis if your V indulges too much in extreme cyber-modification.  Clothes are now just clothes, with  no armor or stats, which means you can wear anything you want without worrying that it doesn’t give the proper stats.

I’ve been in love with Cyberpunk 2077 ever since Joe Perez convinced me I should give it a shot, so this is all very exciting to me. Anyway, at least I’m still capable of thinking about games other than — well, you know. It’s the Queue, let’s chat about stuff.

Outside of playing video games, my main hobbies would be board gaming, cross stitching, and reading.  You would think that needlecraft and reading would have been ideal stay-at-home hobbies — and superficially they are — except that I almost entirely lost the ability to focus for the length of time required to enjoy either.

June is here and that means it's almost time for summer vacations and weekends at the beach, so you may not have as much time to play World of Warcraft if you want any of the current batch of rewards from Dragonflight‘s favorite new feature the Trading Post.

World bosses are a new addition to the franchise in Diablo 4, designed to be “truly gigantic, horrific monsters” so large that the in-game camera zooms out so you can see the whole battlefield.

I love the summer time because it's usually the time of year when a slate of blockbuster games hits the market for folks of all ages to jump in to an enjoy.

Blizzard is continuing its ambitious plan of content releases with patch 10.1.5, which is due out on July 11 Even though this is an x.5 patch, it's a hefty one, featuring a new mega-dungeon, the new Augmentation Evoker specialization, a dragon daycare, the Kalimdor Grand Prix, and a whole lot more.

The World of Warcraft development team has announced an ambitious patch plan for Dragonflight in 2023, with patch 10.1.5 the fourth of six patches scheduled to go live before the end of the year and the second patch of Season Two.
