This is one I think about from time to time.

If you somehow hadn't heard, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is upon us, and there's a solid chance it will make the world as wholesome as it was during the week or so right after Pokémon GO first came out.

It's been the week of Echo out of the Overwatch team, after several social media teases for the new hero and the release of her Origin Story trailer yesterday.

If I haven’t made it clear over the last forever, I’m excited that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is finally here. Or, it will be tonight. Same thing. We’re in the final few hours and my excitement could probably power an entire continent. If you don’t hear from me for a while, it has nothing to do with *general hand gestures at world* and entirely everything to do with Animal Crossing. I AM SO EXCITED, YOU GUYS!

I want to be honest and admit that I rarely play Heroes of the Storm nowadays.

I'm seeing a lot of people naming new characters -- like Death Knight or Warlock characters, as an example -- things based around COVID-19, I assume to cope with the current situation.

When I feel tense and irritable and I don’t want to socialize at all, which is often, I play Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. The combination of being able to climb anything, sneak up behind people and stab them to death and my love for the character of Kassandra absolutely keeps pulling me back in to a game that’s in a series I never cared about before.

I feel kind of bad for people who were diehard AC fans and who hate the series new direction and swerve into RPG elements. But for me, that swerve made a game I dearly love, so… sorry, guys. I hope the next AC is to your liking. I suspect I won’t be coming along since it won’t have Kassandra in it.

Anyway, it’s the Queue. We’re all trapped in our homes waiting for life to start up again, so until it does, let’s do the question/answer dance.

Apparently everyone else saw this coming and I'm the only person left to surprise, but people like me we can all be surprised together as Blizzard announces Overwatch playable hero #32 -- it's our friend Echo.
