Datamining

The friendly neighborhood dataminers at Wowhead have worked their magic once more.

No, you can't play the Battle for Azeroth beta (or even pre-order the game) just yet, but an 8.01 build went up on Blizzard's servers and so the datamining has begun.

Not only do we have datamined models for the next expansion's Allied Races, but Wowhead also found their joke and flirt emotes.

Intrepid dataminers have discovered a potential new World of Warcraft feature: numerous new playable races, or possible variations on existing playable races.  As of patch 7.3, the community has uncovered four additions in the "chrraces" file which includes all of the game's races that can equip armor, playable or otherwise.

I feel like I should be standing here wearing a top hat with a giant banner unfurling behind me screaming "Spoilers!" at the top of my lungs while the banner also reads Spoilers in fifty-foot-tall glowing letters, and also five-hundred-foot-tall letters of pure fire spell out the word Spoilers behind it all.

The folks at Wowhead have been datamining into the night and they've come out of said mines with a plethora of new models for mounts, including the BlizzCon 2016 surprise class mounts.

As of the writing of this post, we don't know anything about 7.1.5 and Warriors.

Between our talent selections and our Artifact weapons, Shaman are going to have more interesting decisions to make when we start leveling in Legion.

With the alpha dropping, we're getting some bombshells.

Just yesterday we had datamined abilities, glyphs, and talents for all existing classes, but today we have abilities and talents for Demon Hunters as well — including abilities for both the Havoc (DPS) and Vengeance (tank) specs.
