Even though every class and spec is getting changed somehow for Shadowlands, not all of them are getting major changes.

Druids were first introduced as a playable class in Diablo 2, and they were an immediate player favorite. But they never showed up in Diablo 3, despite the suggestion that they might be added in a hero pack like the Necromancer. But now Druids are making their triumphant return in Diablo 4.

After a nearly 20-year-long hiatus, the Druid is back in the hands of players for Diablo 4 and was one of three classes in the floor demo at this year's BlizzCon.

Lead Systems Designer David Kim came back with the promised post on Diablo 4's itemization, and it does not disappoint.

In Diablo 4, players will be able to crush their enemies with the Barbarian, rip them apart with the Druid, and burn them to ash with the Sorceress.
