Pre-expansion patches -- and expansions themselves -- are always an exciting time.
How do you feel about Easter Eggs in Blizzard games? What are your most and least favorite ones?
Easter Eggs (that is, things that are references or call backs to other media) are a hot-button topic for me.
What feature did you expect in Shadowlands that doesn’t seem to be coming at launch?
For me, it was the rumored possibility of being able to transmog our shoulder armor independently that I realize no one promised me, but I really got my hopes up for it and now I'm sad it doesn't seem to be coming in Shadowlands.
How was yer Brewfest this year?
Another Brewfest has come and gone, and like every October, I'm sad to see it go.
In a BioWare-style Warcraft RPG, which character do you romance first and why is it Yrel?
For those of you who haven't played any of BioWare's seminal RPG series -- Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Knights of the Old Republic, and its MMO counterpart Star Wars: The Old Republic -- one thing that stands out is your ability to form meaningful relationships with the characters you interact with most.
If we were to get Shadowlands comics, what would you want them to be about?
Starting with the leadup to Warlords of Draenor, Blizzard has released expansion tie-in comics online to help fill in the gaps of story or lore for the forthcoming title (and in one famous example, showing us the future).
What do you think about the decision to push back Shadowlands’ release date?
Okay, so in a move that sure surprised me, Blizzard has decided to push back the release date on Shadowlands, and has announced the release date for the pre-patch to be October 13.
What do you think the endgame progression system should look like in Diablo 4?

What would you like to see for unique class mechanics in Diablo 4?
We know that Diablo 4 is going to have some unique mechanics for each class, which is pretty awesome -- the Arsenal system for Barbarians allows them to switch between a massive two-handed club, a sword, even two weapons based on the situation, while the upcoming Enchantment system for Sorceress characters lets them place certain skills in a special Enchantment slot and transform an active skill into a passive proc.
