In a BioWare-style Warcraft RPG, which character do you romance first and why is it Yrel?
For those of you who haven't played any of BioWare's seminal RPG series -- Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Knights of the Old Republic, and its MMO counterpart Star Wars: The Old Republic -- one thing that stands out is your ability to form meaningful relationships with the characters you interact with most.
If we were to get Shadowlands comics, what would you want them to be about?
Starting with the leadup to Warlords of Draenor, Blizzard has released expansion tie-in comics online to help fill in the gaps of story or lore for the forthcoming title (and in one famous example, showing us the future).
What do you think about the decision to push back Shadowlands’ release date?
Okay, so in a move that sure surprised me, Blizzard has decided to push back the release date on Shadowlands, and has announced the release date for the pre-patch to be October 13.
What do you think the endgame progression system should look like in Diablo 4?

What would you like to see for unique class mechanics in Diablo 4?
We know that Diablo 4 is going to have some unique mechanics for each class, which is pretty awesome -- the Arsenal system for Barbarians allows them to switch between a massive two-handed club, a sword, even two weapons based on the situation, while the upcoming Enchantment system for Sorceress characters lets them place certain skills in a special Enchantment slot and transform an active skill into a passive proc.
How long should an expansion pre-patch last?
We're a couple days past "1 month to Shadowlands!" at this point and also very nearly in "Shadowlands comes out this month!" territory -- and yet, we still don't have a pre-expansion patch.
What’s the first thing your characters are going to do when the Shadowlands pre-expansion patch drops?
Getting ready for all the changes that happen when a new expansion pre-patch drops is a time-honored tradition in World of Warcraft, and it's one I've been through a few times now.
What Blizzard franchise should get a movie next?
Blizzard has said in the past that the name of their game studio is "Blizzard Entertainment" and not "Blizzard Games" because they see themselves as not just making games, but creating franchises that can cross into different kinds of media.
What would you think about World of Warcraft never adding any new player levels?
With the level squish coming to World of Warcraft fairly soon, I'm sitting here wondering about what will happen when Shadowlands is replaced by whatever the next expansion will be.
What WoW expansion was the best for your class?
For me, it's hard to say which World of Warcraft expansion had what I feel is the best Warrior, because each expansion did a few things I've loved -- Wrath of the Lich King brought us Titan's Grip, for example, which is absolutely my favorite Warrior ability of all time, even ahead of Charge.
