Why is gatekeeping still a problem in 2023?
"It's a massively multiplayer game, so if you don't like grouping up you're doing it wrong" -- if there's a phrase I personally see used to make people playing World of Warcraft feel bad more often than this one, I can't think of it.

We've known for quite a bit that a Hardcore mode was going to be part of Diablo 4, but Blizzard upped the ante for the latest release -- the first 1000 characters to reach level 100 on hardcore would have their names enshrined on a statue of Lilith to commemorate their achievement.
How do you feel after finishing a video game you’ve been invested in?
June is almost over, and I've completely blown through my personal record for number of games completed in a single year.

In the past two months alone, we've been spoiled by three high-quality, long-awaited entries in decades-old video game series — first Tears of the Kingdom, then Diablo 4, and most recently, Final Fantasy 16.
How did your hobbies change during the pandemic?
Outside of playing video games, my main hobbies would be board gaming, cross stitching, and reading. You would think that needlecraft and reading would have been ideal stay-at-home hobbies — and superficially they are — except that I almost entirely lost the ability to focus for the length of time required to enjoy either.
