How do you prefer animals be represented in games?
World of Warcraft is famous for taking liberties with the animals it presents.
When is it time for a game franchise to move on from its original premise?
One thing I have been hearing for literally years at this point is the idea that Warcraft, as a franchise, is tied to the concept of conflict, or outright war, between Orcs and Humans, or the Horde and the Alliance, and that this cycle is instrumental to the success of the franchise and must be retained as part of the setting's core.
How do you deal with disappointment?
Sometimes it's a mechanical change -- getting rid of an ability you've gotten used to, or even built your character around, or removing specific talent or ability choices.
What’s your favorite way to help people in an MMO?
I sign up to tank dungeons in the middle of the night I do this on various characters, all of my warriors, my death knight, and my paladins.
What could tabletop RPGs learn from MMOs?
Tabletop RPGS predate the MMO video game genre, and MMOs borrowed heavily from their predecessors.

It's a quiet time for us Diablo fans.
Has patch 9.1 changed your outlook on Anima in Shadowlands?
If there has been one complaint about Shadowlands, it's that there has not been enough Anima rewarded.
What kind of WoW expansion should follow Shadowlands?
At some point in the future, we'll leave the Shadowlands behind, and (probably) return to Azeroth.
