When I think about World of Warcraft and the unfolding lore of the game, one of the things I love is when a character or place comes back or a quest or raid references something older in the game.

I've been pretty up front about not enjoying playing a Night Elf in World of Warcraft since the events of Battle for Azeroth, and I went so far as to level a Lightforged Draenei to take over as my main come Shadowlands.

World of Warcraft has seen a very high number of changes to its classes and specializations over the years.

In Shadowlands, souls are flooding into the Maw unchecked instead of being properly assigned to Covenants.

Last Wednesday, July 1st, the Hunter community's collective jaw hit the floor with the news that, come Shadowlands, we're getting more stable slots -- not just a robust 50, but enough so we can have a total of 206 pets.

Food in video games can be something where you're eating to gain important stats, regain lost health, or because you're in a survival game and if you don't eat your character will literally die.

Since the dawn of the raiding scene in World of Warcraft it has been the same, one potion in combat.

In Patch 8.3, we finally get a legendary item to upgrade and help us out.

I don't know what the World Quest situation will be in Shadowlands, but right now in World of Warcraft they're simultaneously one of my favorite systems and also the one that ends up “meh” the fastest.
