This week we discuss the two announced beta weekends for Diablo 4 coming up in March, the new talent system in Diablo 3 Season 28, and the Diablo Immortal patch that finally adds what the game has been missing all along: fishing.

Looking at my roster of characters in World of Warcraft and Diablo 3, I have almost exclusively chosen to create characters with female-presenting avatars.

Thanks to patch 10.0.5 and the ability to transmog white-quality items, you too can finally look like you're just taking a break from performing with a mariachi band to do some questing on the Dragon Isles.

Without bumming people out with too much real life stuff, the past week has been nightmarishly stressful and I’ve been using Tetris Effect on my Xbox — thanks again, Game Pass — to get through it. I’ve found that it’s surprisingly helpful when I’m panicking about things I can’t possibly change to just zone out and play Tetris for an hour or so. Or more. A lot more, really.

 

Today is the Hatching of the Hippogryphs micro-holiday, a cute little event that only comes around one day a year and thus gets missed by most players.

I’ll be heading out of town for a concert this weekend and, suffice it to say, I’m pretty excited. Frankly, I’m expecting tears at some point or another.
