In an unannounced hotfix, the rares in Icecrown for the Death's Rising pre-Shadowlands event now spawn every 10 minutes instead of every 20 minutes.

If you're having a tough time keeping every new system coming to the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Shadowlands, it may help to think of Conduits as similar to Relics from Legion -- just as Relics modified the Artifact, Conduits modify your Soulbinds and let you customize them to a degree.
