If you haven't been keeping up with all things Hearthstone (or you, like me, are just really bad at ranked play), you may want to know that today we'll see the release of the game's next adventure mode in the form of the Blackrock Mountain Adventure.

The new Hearthstone adventure Blackrock Mountain makes its debut this Thursday, and a new set of patch notes for the game have just been released. In addition to details on the new adventure, the patch also addresses a handful of bug fixes, including friends that are away on the Battle.net app no longer being displayed in your online friend count, and some important adjustments to cards.

This week, we're going to check out the midrange hunter deck in Hearthstone.

It plays in counterpoint to the tale of Emperor Shaohao, who hid away his kingdom, so confident and prideful in himself and his people's abilities that he was certain they would thrive in abject isolation from the rest of the world. The orc, on the other hand, came from an absence of pride into a sudden and overwhelming abundance of it... and it slowly ate him alive.
