The first time I played World of Warcraft, I hated it.

Rutherford was just a little bit jealous at first, but now he and Daisy are practically best buddies. I’d be really excited about this, but apparently they’re having another of their zany screaming contests! So glad they’re bonding over being loud!

Man, that would be a really great idea for a movie huh? They could have a knock-down brawl in the middle of cities while terrified civilians scream their names and run away. Knowing Hollywood though they’d probably mess it up by including too much time spent with ordinary humans when all the audience really wants to see is the giant monsters.

The story of Titan is one that's probably pretty familiar to almost everyone in game development -- years of work on a game that ultimately didn't ship.

I've long believed that you can recognize when a story is well told -- when it has elements of real quality, when it is crafted in an effective and even powerful way -- and not necessarily like that story.
