Believe it or not, it's been three weeks since the release of the Shadowlands pre-patch.
When it comes to achievements, I don't necessarily enjoy having to do raid fights in a certain way, or running dungeons within a certain time limit.
I expect we all play a little differently, and no time showcases that more than the pre-patch to an upcoming expansion.
Welcome to patch day!
Madam Goya corners the market on Mighty Caravan Brutosaur, which will only be in the BMAH in patch 9.0.1
We've know for awhile now that the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur would no longer be available for sale in Shadowlands — the dino will be gone in patch 9.0.1 which goes live next week. And while many are lamenting its imminent removal from vendors, it's not gone for good, because it will be periodically available on the Black Market Auction House, starting with the pre-patch.
We've all done the World of Warcraft expansion rodeo, at least once if not a few times.
The good news is, we now know the date of the 9.0.1 pre-patch leading up to World of Warcraft's Shadowlands expansion -- October 13.
We're a couple days past "1 month to Shadowlands!" at this point and also very nearly in "Shadowlands comes out this month!" territory -- and yet, we still don't have a pre-expansion patch.
If you're wondering what World of Warcraft's next pre-expansion event will be like, you don't have to wonder anymore.
The first patch cycle of Shadowlands has arrived: patch 9.0.5 is now live on Public Test Realm (PTR), featuring Valor Points and a number of systems changes.
